* All invoices must be paid in Full before and cabinet leaves    our premises and or delivered.

* All oven cabinets still need to be modified, that is not included in the price of the cabinet. you will need to pay a professional to modify the cabinet to fit your oven.

Our custom design , that we create in 20/20 is for cabinets and install of the cabinets ONLY...it is not a true measurement for anything else. Its simply for the cabinet layout
